This video is from an explainer series presented as chapters within a made-up reference book titled "Finance-o-pedia." The series goal was to educate consumers about various financial topics. This project had a quick timeline and included several art directors and animators working on separate videos. I was responsible for designing both the series book cover as well as design and illustration work for the credit score recipe video. The supplied concept featured a cooking metaphor to demonstrate how financial factors combine like recipe ingredients to create an individual's unique credit score.

The video starts with the opening of the book "Finance-o-pedia." As narrated by the voice-over, a wandering camera zooms in and out of various vignettes on each page. With each camera move, these vignettes animate depicting a variety of actions such as chopping, pouring, and stirring, adding further depth and visual interest. The video concludes with a shot of the completed dish followed by the closing of the book. The illustrations were created in a style and color palette that adhere to the company’s visual brand guidelines.
